We are looking for the next group of TEAMride Instructors! Led by TEAMride owners, Michelle & Elena, this training program is designed to get you podium-ready in 6 weeks!
You will learn all about music, playlist-making, building a meaningful class structure, connection and finding your teaching voice.
TEAMride has led the Sacramento community in full-body indoor cycling for 12 years, and has trained over 70 instructors in that time.
