We’ve taken the basic spin concept and incorporated upper body & core work to pack a full-body punch allowing you to burn calories, blast fat and tone muscles. This class is your standard TEAMride class but it's recorded for our TEAMride At-Home Streamers! No, you won't be seen on the recording. Yes, the instructor will address our TEAMriders At-Home throughout class. It's a very fun dynamic ride!
Offered once a month, this 3 part series consists of two 60-minute instructional sessions lead by TEAMride owners, followed by a TEAMride class. The perfect step for Intro Series grads or any current rider looking to get a better understanding of the 1,2,1,2 concept.
