How is TEAMride different than a traditional spin class?
TEAMride truly offers a full-body workout. Unlike traditional spin that focuses solely on the lower body, at TEAMride we incorporate upper-body work by doing arm presses, crunches & push-ups on the handlebars while cycling our legs! Just to ensure we’ve worked that upper body enough, we also dedicate an entire song to hand weights. Abs & arms should get just as much love as everything else, right? We think so!
How do I get started?
First thing, you must create your account! Sign-up using your Facebook to start getting social from the start. Meet other riders, follow instructors and book next to your friends. Not ready for that commitment quite yet? Sign-up using your email for now… you can always opt into the social stuff later!
You can now buy classes and reserve a bike at a time that works for you.
How do I sign up for a class?
Reserve your bike online, hassle-free. View the schedule, choose a class that’s convenient for you, and select an available bike. If a class is full, put yourself on the waitlist. If a bike becomes available, you’ll be placed into the class and notified via email confirmation & text message.
When can I sign-up for a class?
Registration opens at 10:00am, 7 days before the scheduled class.
Do you offer childcare at your studios?
We offer childcare at our Folsom location!
How do I book childcare?
When booking a bike in Folsom, the website will prompt you by asking whether or not you’d like to add childcare to your reservation. If you are out of childcare credits it will direct you to purchase additional credits before completing your reservation. Have questions about how this works? Call Folsom at 916.805.5852
Do you accept walk-ins?
Absolutely! We recommend you book on-line for your convenience but if there’s a spot available we’ll get you in!
What should I do if it’s my first time at TEAMride?
We recommend that new riders arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will allow us enough time to get you familiarized with the space and situated on your bike. We look forward to meeting you!
What is the TEAMride cancellation policy?
We require that you cancel a reserved bike by 7:00pm the night before your scheduled class. Once a bike reservation is cancelled, that ride will be credited back to your TEAMride account. If you do not cancel prior to 7:00pm, you will forfeit that ride or if you are an Unlimited Monthly rider, you will incur a $10 fee.
What happens if I do not attend a ride I have reserved?
If you do not cancel your bike reservation by 7:00pm the night before your scheduled class, you will forfeit that ride. Your account will not be credited. As an Unlimited Monthly rider, you will incur a $10 fee.
Can my TEAMride credits be transferred to a friend?
Yes, absolutely! Please give us a call (East Sac: 916.455.7000 | Midtown: 916.321.9215 | Folsom: 916.805.5852) or email us and we will take care of it for you. Please note, credit transfers do not apply to Unlimited Monthly riders.
Do my TEAMride class credits expire?
The only class package that expires is the Unlimited Monthly Package, after 30 days. All other classes packages don’t expire!
What should I do if I want to sign-up for a class but there are no bikes available?
Put yourself on the waitlist! We ALWAYS have cancellations. If a bike doesn’t eventually open up, your ride will automatically be credited back to your TEAMride account.
How will I know if I’m off the waitlist and booked in a class?
You will be notified by text message if you are placed into a class.
If I am a student, how do I get student pricing?
As long as you are 25 years of age or younger and enrolled in school full-time, you qualify for student pricing. Come in and show your valid I.D. and we will change your account to reflect the discounted pricing.
What is your Unlimited Monthly package?
Unlimited Monthly allows you to ride as often as you would like in a 30-day period. The 30 days begins the 1st day you ride (not the day you purchase). Riding more than once in any given day and/or no-showing incurs additional $10 fee.
Do you provide refunds?
Once you have made a purchase, we do not provide a refund.
