Beach, mountains, or big city, and why? My initial thought was the beach for obvious reasons but my soul is happiest in the mountains.

Who has influenced you the most? My Aunt. She taught me about music and how to use my heart.

What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their life? Find themselves.

Why TEAMride? TEAM has always been more than just an awesome workout… it’s been about being a part of something bigger, and the hope that I could possibly make someone feel the way it makes me feel; powerful, supported, and ALIVE. But really, the one thing you have to remember is that It never gets easier, we only get stronger and if you learn to stick around long enough you’ll find that the beat of our hearts and the beat of the music are one in the same. How do you want to feel when you’re 100 years old? Like I lived and loved from a place of passion and purpose. 

What is one thing you ALWAYS have in your fridge/pantry? Farm fresh eggs.
