Movement has always been a huge part of my life. After retiring from a lifetime of organized sports, I found myself craving a team environment, which led me to TEAMride. With every ride, my goal is to create an environment where you feel strong, capable & empowered. My classes are intense and purposeful, designed to strengthen both your body & mind. Riding is more than just building strength. It’s about showing up for yourself, proving what you’re capable of and finding confidence in the process. Movement keeps me grounded, whether I’m teaching, flowing through a Pilates or yoga class, playing a round of pickleball, or taking a long walk or hike to clear my mind. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen, hosting friends, or getting lost in a good book. Outside of teaching, I also work full-time from home, balancing my love for movement with my career. Riding together isn’t just about fitness. It’s about community, shared energy & showing up for one another.
