What is one goal that you’re currently working on? Making quiet time a priority for my family. I want to teach my 3 boys the importance of making time for quiet, and understanding the value of being together as a family in this meditative way. For 15 minutes a night (Mon-Thurs) we sit together in our family room listening to classical music and either reading or playing quietly with each other. This small change in our work-week routine is bringing more peace and love to our family.
What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be a traveler, sight-seeing the greatest places on Earth, experiencing the food and cultures of the world, and seeing life with new eyes.
Three things you can’t live without: I can’t live without my pencil and paper to-do lists, tea with lemon and honey, and bean and cheese burritos.
Beach, Mountains, or Big City, and why? Beach – I experience immense peace and gratitude here… the sound of the waves, the smooth sand against my feet, and the vast ocean allow me to dream and center myself in a way like no other.
Favorite guilty pleasure: People magazine – I don’t sit on the couch much, but when I see People magazine at my mom’s house I give myself permission to snuggle up on the couch and get lost in another world, preferably reading it uninterrupted from cover to cover!
Describe the music in your class: Something for everyone in my classes, always an array of music selections, remixes and mashups with strong beats including happy, inspirational, intense, and Latin songs. No matter what, we are finding that beat and working that bike for an amazing sweat sesh!
If you could meet three people dead or alive, who would it be? My great-grandfather, Ray Roberts, to thank him for being my dad’s hero and for the legacy he left behind; Mother Teresa; Kelly Clarkson because she is a talented artist who believes in who she is and wears her heart on her sleeve.
Who has influenced you the most? My dad (who passed away at 50 yrs old) has influenced me the most.
What is something that you think everyone should do at least once in their life? Take the Maid of the Mist tour of Niagra Falls!
Who are your top 3 musical artists of all time? Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Adele.

Your class in 1 sentence: My high energy and spirited classes will make you feel like you have a motivating, personal coach right next to you in a room full of riders… Be ready to hear such phrases as “you are beautiful,” “what are you grateful for,” and “express yourself” because not only will you leave my class feeling physically alive, but emotionally inspired to live a generous and grateful life.

What is the best invention in the last 50 years? GPS.
What is one thing you ALWAYS have in your fridge/pantry? Peanut Butter.
