My goal is to allow everyone an opportunity to let go for 45 minutes and just riiiide.

Why TEAMride? I moved back to Sacramento after being in San Francisco for a few years and immediately felt this sense of community that I so badly wanted to be a part of. TEAMride felt like home. It didn’t feel like coming to any other gym or fitness class. It felt like I was coming to a place where I was guaranteed a killer workout alongside some really amazing people. I tell people that TEAMride is contagious – once you start coming, you won’t want to stop.

How do you want to feel at 100 years old? At ease. A peace knowing I did everything I could to live the most beautiful and meaningful life.

What is the best invention in the last 50 years? The iPhone

What is one thing you ALWAYS have in your fridge/pantry? Chocolate Almond Milk.

Would you rather time travel to the past of the future? Future, always for me. There is this quote I love which says “Leave who you were. Love who you are and look forward to who you will become”.

TEAMride will never post anything to your Facebook Account without your permission.
