Updated Studio Protocol

As of February 16, 2022, Governor Newsom has lifted the mask mandate for the state of California. With this Statewide change, we want to keep you up-to-date on what you can expect at TEAMride.
What you can expect at both locations:Masks Optional: Masks are no longer required in our studios.

Capacity Changes: We are going to ease into getting our studios back to full capacity.  Pre-pandemic we had 60 bikes in Midtown and 27 bikes in East Sac. For now, we will have 54 bikes in Midtown and 25 bikes in East Sac.

Lockers Available: Lockers will now be available. This means your belongings *especially cell phones* will no longer be allowed in the spin room. If you are looking to avoid the use of a locker, consider keeping important items in the trunk of your car or at home.Towels Provided: Sweat towels are back. You can expect a clean towel on your bike when you arrive for your class.Showers/Common Areas Accessible: Showers will now be available for use. Common areas, including benches, are free to use.

Air Filtration System: We will continue running our air conditioning unit and exhaust fans at all times in our studios to ensure proper ventilation.

TEAMride At-Home: And as a reminder, you can gain access to all your favorite instructors from the comfort of home with our TEAMride At-Home streaming services.
