Protecting the TEAM

While TEAMride has always kept cleanliness and safety top of mind while running our studios, we understand that during this time, we will be even more focused on that area of our business. Here are all the things we are enforcing:

CLEANING  PROTOCOLSHigh Touch Areas Disinfected Before & After every class: Sanitizing with medical grade disinfectant and bleach, when necessary, focusing on areas most commonly used by riders.

Bikes, Weights + Shoes Disinfected Before & After every class: Even when not in use, all bikes are disinfected after every class. Weights are disinfected and rotated. Please notice the weight rack upon exit will be used for “dirty weights” and the one at entrance will be used for “sanitized weights.” Shoe rentals will be offered and thoroughly sanitized after use. Shoes will be rotated so as not to be used class after class.Masks for Employees + Riders: Our studio crew and instructors will have a mask on in lobby areas. Our riders will be required to enter TEAMride wearing a mask and exit wearing a mask. Instructors + Riders have the option of removing their mask while riding.

Gloves for Employees: Our studio crew and instructors will have gloves on while in lobby areas. All employees will hand you necessary items while gloved.Air Filtration System: Our air conditioning unit and exhaust fans will be running at all times in our studios to ensure proper HEPA filtration.

NEW CHECK-IN & HEALTH SCREENING PROTOCOLS

Temperature Checks: Both employees and riders will have their temperatures checked before entering TEAMride.

Health Declarations: All riders must verbally declare “No” to our health declaration sheet that will be presented to riders before entering the studio. We will initial the declaration for you.

Common Area Limited: We will not be allowing usage of lockers. All riders will bring their items to their bikes and put on their spin shoes at their bike. No loitering in the front desk and lobby areas. Bathrooms are off limits except for emergencies. No showers provided.

High Touch Amenities: All amenities are currently out of sight. If you need a particular item, the front desk will have ear plugs, hair ties, bobby pins, feminine hygiene products, extended handlebars and shoes behind the front desk… just ask!

No Touch Check-In: Your instructor will be behind the desk in mask and gloves and will ask for first and last name. They will sign you in!

CLIPPING IN FOR YOUR RIDE

1 Entrance and 1 Exit: The front doors of TEAMride Midtown will be the entrance and will be opened 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Riders can line up out front or wait in their cars. Once inside the building, the nearest studio door is your entrance to the spin room. The far studio door will now be your exit after class leading you to our mid hallway door which will now be your exit from the building. During this time we ask that you not leave class early, as your instructor will prop open your exit doors for you.

Late Cancels and Late Entrants: Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced and latecomers will not be allowed into class. Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before class to ensure we start on time. No walk-ins will currently be allowed in our studio… book ahead!

Social Distancing: All bikes are spaced at least 6ft apart in the studio. Markers on the floor of the lobby and outside the studio doors indicate safe spacing. Lining up outside of the studio on the 6ft markers will ensure the safety of all riders.

Please know that we will monitor the COVID-19 situation very closely. During this time we would appreciate all riders to refrain from hugging within our studio and high-fiving one another as well. Let’s bring the “hups” and avoid the hugs to ensure the safety of everyone in the TEAMride community!
