Auto-Renewal Membership Terms & Conditions

Your Auto-Renewal Membership automatically refills your classes on a monthly basis. Memberships are available for purchase in quantities of 4, 8 or Unlimited classes per month. TEAMride Memberships will continue to renew automatically on a continuous month-to-month basis until the membership is cancelled by the TEAMrider (3 month-minimum commitment). Recurring membership charges will be charged to the card the TEAMrider provides at the time of purchase and authorizes TEAMride to charge the card upon each renewal. TEAMride Membership class credits expire after thirty (30) days and any unused classes will not rollover to the following month.

Late Cancel & No-Show policy: You will incur a $15 fee for failing to cancel your ride by 7pm the night before your scheduled class and you will lose your credit. 

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time after the 3-month minimum commitment directly from your account page by clicking “Cancel Membership” and filling out the necessary information. Please submit cancellation requests at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being billed for the following month.  No refunds will be provided if you do not cancel at least seventy-two (72) hours before your billing date.

Non-transferable: Your auto-renewal membership can only be used by you and cannot be shared.
